Every windshield crack repair we perform at New Addin Auto Glass Repairing is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. No expiry date. No registration. No small print that makes claiming difficult. If the crack ever reopens, we fix it again at no cost.
What the Warranty Covers
- Reopening of the repaired crack - if the crack re-opens along the original repair line at any point after our repair, we re-repair it at no cost.
- Resin delamination - if the injected resin separates from the glass surface due to a process defect (not new physical damage), we re-treat the area at no cost.
- Optical clarity degradation - if the repaired area becomes visibly cloudier over time due to resin aging (our resin specification has a 20-year UV stability rating, so this is extremely rare), we assess and re-polish or re-inject at no cost.
- BRTA fitness inspection failure due to our repair - if a vehicle fails BRTA inspection specifically because of a windshield we repaired, we perform additional work to bring it to compliance at no cost.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- New stone chip or crack damage - a new impact from road debris creates a new crack that is not covered by the warranty on a previous repair. It is, however, a new repairable damage that we can assess and quote on.
- Crack extension caused by new physical damage - if a new impact or physical force (door slam, collision) causes the previously repaired area to extend further, the extension is new damage and not covered by the original warranty.
- Windshield damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or thermal shock from external sources (pouring ice water on a hot windshield, for example).
- Repairs performed at any other service provider after our initial repair - we warrant only the work we have personally performed.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Locate your repair certificate
Your warranty is tied to the repair job number printed on your certificate. If you have lost the certificate, WhatsApp us your vehicle registration number and approximate repair date - we maintain records of all repairs since 2004.

Send us a WhatsApp photo
Photograph the affected area and send it to us at +8801868344656. Include your repair certificate number in the message. We'll assess whether the issue is covered by the warranty and confirm your claim within 24 hours.

Schedule a re-repair appointment
Once your claim is confirmed, we book you in at our Jolshiri Mor workshop or dispatch our mobile team. The re-repair is performed at no cost - no payment is taken for warranty work.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Effective date: The warranty is effective from the date printed on the repair certificate issued at the time of repair.
Duration: Lifetime - no expiry date. The warranty is valid for as long as the vehicle to which the repair was applied exists and the repair site is identifiable.
Transferability: The warranty is tied to the vehicle, not the owner. If you sell your vehicle, the warranty transfers to the new owner with the repair certificate.
Geographic coverage: Warranty claims are processed at our Jolshiri Mor workshop. Because our repair system depends on workshop-controlled equipment and finishing tools, all inspection and warranty work is completed on-site.
Claim frequency: There is no limit on the number of warranty claims for a single repair site. If a previously repaired crack reopens multiple times (an extremely rare occurrence, affecting less than 0.1% of repairs), we will assess and address the root cause - which may include a different resin treatment or, if necessary, a recommendation for windshield replacement at no additional charge from us for the assessment.
Documentation: A warranty claim requires either the original repair certificate or verified repair records (vehicle registration number and approximate repair date) that allow us to confirm the repair in our records system.
